The car was truly a work of art and we just all sat and stared at the cake…no one wanted to cut into it. The details were out of this world. I mean, an ONTARIO licence plate…never in a millions years would I have expected that!!! The cake was beyond fresh and absolutely delicious. After the Cake for my husband at our rehearsal dinner (3D cake with Mario Kart Mario and Princess Peach) everyone loved the red velvet cake then, then the ladies just died over the chocolate cake with the ganache filling at the bachelorette party on the Friday night. Then the AMAZING five tier petal cake with orchids going up it and gathered under the letter at the top, every one just kept wanting more cake (Banana, Lemon Poppy seed, Chocolate with Hazelnut filling, marble with chocolate pastry cream, and I can not wait until next July for our top tier).

I am just finishing the last piece of chocolate cake with chocolate filling and white icing... it was a birthday cake made on Sunday and 4 days later it tastes just as great. I don't know the particular type of icing you used, but it's to die for! I will definitely take advantage of your talents in the near future, Cheryl... even if I have to make up an occasion just to have your cake!
